Job Description

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

  • Supervises the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of business on the floor, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications and seasonality
  • Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement
  • Drives the business results, ensures commitment to operational excellence, maintains a neat clean and safe work area
  • Trains and teaches the team to be highly effective
  • Develops, communicates and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Demonstrates, promotes and supports compliance with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements

  • 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
