Job Description

Frontline Sales Representative & In-House Sales Representative - Cocoa Beach. Start Date June 22, 2026. Florida Real Estate License Preferred. Candidates hired without a license must obtain their Florida Real Estate License within 90 days of employment. Capital Vacations welcomes experienced sales professionals with or without a Florida Real Estate License. Candidates selected for Frontline Sales may be hired unlicensed but must obtain their Florida Real Estate License within 90 days of employment. Licensed candidates are strongly preferred. Job Responsibility

  • Meet with qualified guests, deliver professional sales presentations, and help prospective owners discover the benefits of vacation ownership
  • Work directly with existing owners to maximize ownership value and enhance their vacation ownership experience

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Florida Real Estate License preferred
  • Candidates hired without a license must obtain their Florida Real Estate License within 90 days of employment
  • Active Florida Real Estate License required
  • Previous In-House Sales experience required
  • Vacation ownership experience preferred
