Job Responsibility:
Monitoring and recording daily attendance of site workers and staff
Maintaining timesheets and ensuring timely submission to HR or payroll teams
Tracking overtime, absences, and leave requests
Coordinating with supervisors to verify manpower deployment and shift schedules
Assisting in preparing reports related to labor hours and productivity
Ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies
