Job Description:

The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording and maintaining attendance, working hours, and site personnel records to support payroll and project reporting requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring and recording daily attendance of site workers and staff
  • Maintaining timesheets and ensuring timely submission to HR or payroll teams
  • Tracking overtime, absences, and leave requests
  • Coordinating with supervisors to verify manpower deployment and shift schedules
  • Assisting in preparing reports related to labor hours and productivity
  • Ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, timekeeping software)
