  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries related to time entry, overtime, premium pay, and pay policies
  • Research, validate, and process prior-period adjustments and off-schedule changes (e.g., training attendance rosters)
  • Analyze complex shift structures including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour rotating “Dupont style,” and 9/80 schedules
  • Perform data reconciliation and reporting using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • Import/export and analyze large data sets between Excel and timekeeping systems
  • Liaise with HR, Payroll, and HRMS teams to resolve time-related discrepancies
  • Support annual audits and assist with system release testing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of payroll or timekeeping experience supporting large employee populations
  • Strong understanding of pay policies including overtime, premium time, and wage code application
