As one of several Data Administrators, you will be at the frontline of this transition, acting as the primary support for salaried employees and managers. Your mission is to provide education, manage inquiries, and help embed new timekeeping behaviours during this high-impact project.
Job Responsibility:
Support & Education: Manage high-volume email and phone inquiries, providing guidance to employees and managers on new timesheet sign-off requirements
Data Administration: Maintain and update internal databases with precision
Compliance Reporting: Assist in extraction and organisation of data, utilising tools like Excel or Power BI to support management
Professional Communication: Deliver empathetic, professional, and clear communication using established templates
Project Support: Assist Payroll Compliance team in identifying and escalating complex matters
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Power BI
Empathetic Communicator: exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy
Foundational Knowledge: basic understanding of workforce management, rostering, or time and attendance systems
Cultural Alignment: thrive in a small, collaborative, data-focused team environment
Education & Experience: University students or recent graduates in Business, Data Analytics, or Finance
Pre-Employment Requirements: able to pass a Police Check and provide two professional references
