Till Operator

• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with bagging items and handling queries during checkout
• Maintain a tidy and organised till area
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and health and safety
• Support team members during busy periods to provide seamless service

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A team player who can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in retail or till operations is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
