Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
Confidence handling payment transactions and working in a fast-paced environment
A team player who loves delivering great customer service
Reliability and willingness to work on matchdays (including weekends)
Commitment to working the majority of match days - priority will be given to those who can work more regularly
Age Requirement: 18+ (due to alcohol licensing)

Job Responsibility

Operating tills and handling card/cash payments with confidence
Serving fans quickly and with a big matchday smile
Keeping your kiosk area clean, tidy, and fully stocked
Working closely with your teammates to keep things moving during peak times
Being the friendly face that fans remember after the final whistle
