I am looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to lead our clients TikTok Shop channel, taking it from strategy to measurable revenue. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, moves quickly, and can combine commercial insight with creative execution. You’ll work closely with Brand, Creative, and Social teams, but the expectation is clear: this is your channel to grow, optimise, and drive results.
Job Responsibility:
Take charge of TikTok Shop performance, tracking sales, engagement, and creator impact
Experiment with new content, formats, and creator partnerships to find repeatable growth opportunities
Manage the online storefront, ensuring product presentation, offers, bundles, and promotions maximise conversions
Develop and implement scalable systems to recruit, manage, and reward creators and affiliates
Analyse campaign performance to identify trends, improve ROI, and inform strategy across the channel
Requirements:
Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce channels
Strong understanding of creator-driven ecommerce, affiliate mechanics, and what drives actual sales
Comfortable taking full ownership of a channel with measurable performance targets
Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised
Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly for creator briefs and content guidance
