Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic TikTok Creator to join our team and produce engaging video content for our platform. This is a long-term contract position based in Orlando, Florida, where you will have access to a fully equipped studio to bring your ideas to life. If you have a knack for storytelling, enjoy connecting with audiences, and know how to make compelling TikTok videos, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Design and execute creative concepts for TikTok videos that resonate with the target audience
Host and manage 3-4 live TikTok sessions per month, ensuring high levels of engagement
Utilize provided studio equipment effectively to produce high-quality video content
Collaborate with guest participants, such as subject matter experts, to enrich live sessions
Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas to maintain a strong and appealing TikTok presence
Coordinate with the TikTok Shop Manager to align live sessions with promotional strategies
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into your content strategy
Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to refine future content

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating engaging content for TikTok or similar platforms
Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas
Familiarity with using advanced video equipment and studio setups
Excellent communication skills, particularly for live sessions and collaborations
Knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience preferences
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with team members
Experience hosting live sessions or events is a plus
Based in or willing to commute to Orlando, Florida, for studio work
