Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tier III Technician. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kaseya, Microsoft Intune, Office 365 administration, and Azure AD. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of our client's IT systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Kaseya, Intune, Office 365, and Azure AD environments
  • Manage and configure Office 365 administration tasks, including user management, licensing, and troubleshooting
  • Implement and maintain security policies and device management via Microsoft Intune
  • Administer Azure Active Directory and support user access management
  • Oversee system monitoring, performance, and optimization across client environments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide timely solutions
  • Mentor entry level technicians and assist with complex escalations
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:
