Our client, a reputable organization based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Tier II Support Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), Windows environments, and general desktop support. The ideal candidate will act as an escalation point for Tier I support and work closely with systems and network teams.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Tier II support for desktop, laptop, and application issues
Troubleshoot and administer Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, permissions)
Support and manage Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Assist with system imaging, software deployment, and patching
Document support processes and update knowledge base articles
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role
Strong knowledge of AD, O365, and Windows OS (10/11)
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
