Job Description:

Robert Half is searching for a Tier II IT Support Specialist to support a client in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where technical expertise and problem-solving skills are essential. In this role, you will provide both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide end-user technical support
  • Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system
  • Support virtualized environments
  • Administer Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
  • Manage Active Directory and GPO
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Windows Server
  • Strengthen network security

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT support
  • Hands-on experience with virtual machines (Citrix, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Strong proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Active Directory and GPO management
  • Advanced administration experience with Windows Server 2016-2022
  • Advanced networking knowledge (IP, VPN, Subnets)
  • Advanced security knowledge (anti-virus, etc.)
