Job Description:

Robert Half is searching for a Tier II IT Support Specialist to support a client in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where technical expertise and problem-solving skills are essential. In this role, you will provide both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

Provide end-user technical support
Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system
Support virtualized environments
Administer Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
Manage Active Directory and GPO
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Windows Server
Strengthen network security
Handle basic networking tasks

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in IT support
Hands-on experience with virtual machines (Citrix, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with Active Directory and GPO management
Advanced administration experience with Windows Server 2016-2022
Advanced networking knowledge (IP, VPN, Subnets)
Advanced security knowledge (anti-virus, etc.)
