We are seeking out enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Tier 1 Tech Support Representatives to join our team at Valley Fiber. This is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy providing technical support to customers.
Job Responsibility
Field Customer Calls: Handle incoming inquiries to resolve technical issues
Proactive Support: Reach out to customers to assist with tech issues in their homes
Data & Reporting: Gather data and generate reports for management
Team Support: Assist other departments during high call volumes
Ticket Management: Create, document, and complete support tickets
Requirements
Must be eligible to work in Canada
A genuine interest in technology
A can-do approach to problem-solving
The ability to use a computer
Ability to work well in a team-based environment
Basic proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
Ability to handle sensitive customer information confidentially
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
