Robert Half is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technician for a 1 year contract to provide day-to-day end-user and desktop support. This role is designed to supplement the existing IT support team, allowing senior technicians to focus on large-scale PC replacement and deployment initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on desktop and end-user IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Perform password resets, account unlocks, and Active Directory support
Install, configure, and maintain software applications
Image and deploy PCs using modern deployment tools (Autopilot preferred)
Support onboarding/offboarding of users and device setup
Log, track, and update tickets in the IT service management system
Assist with data migration and user profile transfers as needed
Requirements:
Strong hands-on desktop support experience
Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
Experience imaging and deploying PCs (Microsoft Autopilot preferred)
