Job Description

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-Time Ticket Taker for ASM Global/Sames Auto Arena.

Job Responsibility

  • Be on time. Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time
  • Smile, make eye contact and be courteous
  • Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner
  • Be certain that each guest possesses a valid admission ticket by checking that the proper event name, date and event/box code appears on each ticket
  • Scan all tickets using computerized scanners
  • Direct all guest towards the general direction of their seating section
  • Keep your lines moving as rapidly as possible, and if able, assist other ticket takers by directing longer lines to your area
  • Check for food, drinks and other contraband

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must
  • MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD TO APPLY
