Job Description:

Under general direction collects tickets, greet and assist guests at events including answering questions that arise. This position represents the facility with outstanding friendly custom service greeting and assisting guest at events. Will also assist guests answering questions that arise and will report problems or concerns to appropriate department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service
  • Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed
  • Assist Event Manager when needed
  • Verifies date of tickets and authenticity of passes
  • Takes and tears tickets
  • Informs guests of rules and regulations regarding items prohibited in the Convention Center
  • Refuses admittance to guests without a ticket
  • Separates tickets according to types
