Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for part-time Ticket Seller at Osceola Heritage Park, Kissimmee, Florida. The Ticket Seller is responsible for ticket sales for shows or events by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibility:
Sells tickets using Ticketmaster software
Provides exceptional customer service while processing ticket orders and/or solving ticket related issues
Efficiently and courteously answers questions regarding seating, pricing, policies, and event details
Accurately processes customer ticket orders
Dispenses tickets requested by patrons
accepts payment and makes changes accurately
Handles Will Call window according to Box Office procedures
Accurately balances cash drawer at the end of each shift
Files various records and reports
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
6–12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Box office or guest services background preferred
Excellent customer service and public relations
Excellent communication, reading, writing, comprehension and organization skills
Cash handling experience
Computer experience including data entry
Computerized ticketing experience is preferred
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Availability to work evenings, weekend hours and possibly holidays
Ability to move about, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required by event
Ability to withstand high noise levels during concerts and other events
Ability to work extended hours, flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays, based on event schedule
