Experience working with ProVenue Ticketing system a plus

Job Responsibility

Organize all aspects of facility operations related to events
Meet with client group to plan and organize assigned meeting and/or event
Coordinate activities with various service contractors for assigned meeting and/or event
Manage all sponsorship signage and make sure all is in place pre-event and down post event
Directs and oversees the internal control of daily box office operations
Communicate event information and personnel needs for the venue in a timely manner
Works with event promoter and appropriate personnel to establish ticket pricing and seating configuration as needed
Gather all necessary ticketing setup information from promoters and/or tours, completes ticketing build sheet, and submits to Select-A-Seat for build
Monitors daily ticket sales for all upcoming events and communicates information to the Director and promoter representative
Serve as box office seller at the Lodge on most non-event days and some event days for scheduled box office hours
