As a Thunderbird Fried Chicken Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations - from running Gold Standard shifts to overseeing food quality, service, and safety. You’ll be the go‑to responsible person on shift, using your initiative to keep everything running smoothly while delivering unforgettable experiences to every guest. You’ll help ensure our award-winning fried chicken is cooked to perfection and presented exactly to Thunderbird’s iconic brand standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a Thunderbird brand ambassador - bringing the brand's culture, energy, and standards to life
  • Run high-performing shifts, leading the team to consistently deliver Gold Standard service
  • Support the management team in maintaining operational excellence across the site
  • Represent the restaurant during food hygiene audits and ensure full safety compliance
  • Manage stock ordering, receiving, and usage to maximise profitability
  • Oversee cash handling, accurate payments, and end-of-shift reconciliations
  • Handle feedback, queries, and complaints in a way that ensures every guest leaves happy
  • Take orders, serve food, and build relationships with guests—turning first-time visitors into loyal regulars
  • Lead the kitchen team in breading, frying, plating, and building some of the best fried chicken around
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness throughout service and at close-down
