Job Responsibility:
Leads client engagements with some oversight from Director
Works as an individual contributor within the Thrivence team to develop work products, leads specific project initiatives, and acts as a subject matter expert on consulting projects
may lead the work of a consultant on specific projects
Provides overall leadership for assigned projects
responsible for achieving milestones, quality deliverables and resource allocation goals
Manages smaller client relationships
Participates in proposal development
Daily activities include but are not limited to framing issues, problem-structuring, optimizing client processes, developing go-to-market strategies, and change management
Uses prior experience and research and apply to lead clients through complex problem solving
Participate in the execution of the marketing and business development plan
grows value of client relationship over time
Analyzes & interprets data, applies to business strategy
Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings
Meets quality delivery, utilization and revenue growth goals
Performs other duties as requested
Requirements:
MBA or other Master’s degree in a business-related subject area
Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources
Applies practical knowledge through progressive experience to resolve issues
Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
Good at developing marketing strategies and plans
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Quick learner, innovative thinker with leadership skills and attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to project issues that arise
