We are seeking a dedicated Thrive Practitioner to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 11 and above who require additional emotional and social support.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver Thrive interventions to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and development
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to create a nurturing environment
Monitor and track progress, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
Promote positive behaviour and resilience in students
Requirements:
Thrive Practitioner qualification or relevant experience delivering Thrive interventions
Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support them
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
All staff must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services
