Job Responsibility

Assisting with daily operations of our thrift store, including sorting donations, pricing items, and providing excellent customer service
Pricing and Merchandising: Price, stock, and merchandise display items for sale in the thrift shop
Store Operations: Open, close, and ensure the thrift shop operates properly during regularly scheduled hours
Volunteer Coordination: Work closely with volunteers, providing them with guidance and support
Financial Management: Maintain accurate receipts of all sales and donations
Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly and polite demeanor
Facility Maintenance: Assist the manager in ensuring that the shop, offices, and bathrooms are clean and safe
Act independently and responsibly to perform job duties on a consistent basis

Job Responsibility

Price, stock, and merchandise display items for sale in the thrift shop to create an inviting and organized shopping experience
Open, close, and ensure the thrift shop operates properly during regularly scheduled hours, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Work closely with volunteers, providing them with guidance and support to assist in the operations of the shop
Help the manager orient new volunteers to thrift shop procedures, office protocols, and safety precautions
Maintain accurate receipts of all sales and donations
Ensure daily deposits are accurate and completed in a timely manner
Greet all customers with a friendly and polite demeanor when they enter the store and thank each customer as they leave the shop
Provide assistance and answer questions about merchandise and our mission
