Job Description:

The Third Party Audit Coordinator will support the Third Party Audit team with various administrative, scheduling and maintenance projects, along with responding to audit requests. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain, track, and log incoming audit correspondences via email, fax, and mail
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and data movement into internal reporting tools and databases
  • Execute timely resolution to requests received from internal departments, audit entities, regulatory agencies, and management
  • Coordinate onsite audit scheduling between audit entities and pharmacy store teams
  • Take prompt action to review, diagnose and understand new audits, ad-hoc requests, and systemic improvements
  • Monitor current processes to maximize efficiency and make recommendations to the leadership team
  • Facilitate audit activities by providing timely and accurate documentation
  • Assist pharmacy staff and field leadership to resolve and complete audit requests and inquiries
  • Promote cooperative and respective relationships with other personnel, entities or agencies
  • Ability to digest shifts in work assignments to account for seasonal workload changes

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of MS Office experience
  • 1 or more years of professional work experience, preferably in a corporate healthcare or pharmacy setting
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Solid organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent decision-making skills

Nice to have:

  • Pharmacy experience
  • Ability to complete routinely assigned work based on productivity standards (SLA) with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience with automation tools and/or Excel Macros
