We are pleased to offer Thesis Internship (“uppsatspraktik”) for law students who will be writing their master’s thesis during the autumn semester of 2026. As a thesis intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience at an international law firm working with high‑profile matters within one of our practice groups. During the autumn of 2026, we will welcome one to three students for a ten‑week, full‑time internship – for either the first semester, or the second half of the semester. Students will be assigned a supervisor from one of the following practice groups — Competition Law, Employment & Compensation, Commercial or Tax — who will guide them in their day-to-day work as well as in their thesis. The thesis is intended to be written within the practice group to which the student is assigned, while still allowing for collaboration and exposure across groups. As a thesis intern, you will join a supportive and collaborative environment where teamwork, trust, and inclusion are core values—qualities our people consistently highlight as key strengths of working at Baker McKenzie.
