Job Responsibility

Provide training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals on Baxter products, including post-sales education
Collaborate with local Account Managers to develop, implement, and review territory business plans
Educate customers on the company’s portfolio to maximize growth opportunities and ensure optimal clinical choices, including pre-sales demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships to protect existing business through exceptional customer support and clinically differentiated solutions
Support tender processes: pre-tender activities, preparation and submission of technical documentation, and post-tender follow-up
Actively engage with local and national teams to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive a culture of support
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment to meet team and organizational needs
Utilize CRM tools for planning, evaluation, and execution of business strategies
Identify upselling opportunities across the portfolio to drive incremental growth
