Job Description:

The Therapy Specialist for Diagnostic Cardiology plays a key role in supporting the sales team by delivering high-quality product, technical, and clinical training—both internally and externally. This position ensures customer satisfaction and contributes to achieving sales targets within the Italy subcluster for Healthcare Systems and Technologies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals on Baxter products, including post-sales education
  • Collaborate with local Account Managers to develop, implement, and review territory business plans
  • Educate customers on the company’s portfolio to maximize growth opportunities and ensure optimal clinical choices, including pre-sales demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to protect existing business through exceptional customer support and clinically differentiated solutions
  • Support tender processes: pre-tender activities, preparation and submission of technical documentation, and post-tender follow-up
  • Actively engage with local and national teams to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive a culture of support
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment to meet team and organizational needs
  • Utilize CRM tools for planning, evaluation, and execution of business strategies
  • Identify upselling opportunities across the portfolio to drive incremental growth

Requirements:

  • Clinical or biomedical engineering background
  • Experience within the hospital healthcare sector
  • Registered Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to travel extensively (field-based role)
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and professional style
