Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Seeing clients for individual, family, and group sessions
  • Making diagnoses and treatment plans that actually fit people’s lives
  • Writing case notes and reviews
  • Collaborating with other therapists
  • (Full-time) Keeping a caseload of 28 sessions per week, with flexibility built in

Requirements:

  • A master’s degree in a behavioral science field
  • A Maryland license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT
  • A knack for treatment planning and documentation
  • A passion for mental health, plus a willingness to try new approaches
