Job Description

MantraCare is a global digital mental health platform providing secure and evidence-based therapy services through online consultations. Our mission is to make professional psychological support more accessible through modern teletherapy solutions. We are currently Hiring Therapists and Psychologists in Ontario to deliver structured online counselling sessions for individuals, couples and families seeking mental health support. This Work From Home Therapist Job in Ontario allows licensed professionals to focus on client care while we manage scheduling, digital infrastructure and client referrals.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct structured online therapy sessions
  • Assess client mental health concerns and treatment needs
  • Provide therapy for anxiety, depression and emotional disorders
  • Support clients dealing with trauma, addiction and stress
  • Provide relationship, marriage and family counselling
  • Deliver workplace mental health and EAP services
  • Maintain secure and confidential digital clinical documentation
  • Follow professional counselling and psychotherapy standards

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling or related field
  • Professional registration or eligibility to practise therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing online therapy sessions is an advantage
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and private remote work setup
