Job Description:

Seeking a project manager who has experience in construction and can coordinate installation of theatrical lighting and rigging equipment for permanent installations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare the project profitability reports
  • Quality and cost of project through to project closeout
  • Oversee all phases of systems projects, assist in creating bids and quotes
  • Primary contact, coordinating and sequencing with vendors, customers and subcontractors, manufacturers and end-users
  • Invoice customers according to payment terms
  • Manage and maintain project materials and records

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' of experience in project management with a focus on technical theater, television
  • Prior theatrical dimming/control experience
  • Proficient skills with MS Office, AutoCAD, and PM software
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Strong organization skills
  • Current valid driver's license
