We are expanding due to internal promotions, and we're looking for dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioners (ODP) to join us in delivering the highest standards of perioperative care. Job Responsibility

Providing expert scrub support for general and orthopaedic cases
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
Collaborating effectively with departments such as Imaging, Wards, and Sterile Services
Ensuring patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
Upholding ethical and legal standards in your own practice and that of your colleagues

Requirements

Registered Practitioner (RGN or ODP) with current NMC/HCPC registration
Post registration Scrub experience (NHS or Private)
Passion for high-quality, patient-centred care
Evidence of ongoing professional development and enthusiasm for learning

Nice to have

Experience working as an Orthopaedic Scrub practitioner
