Job Description:

Wellington College is seeking a Theatre and AV Technician to help deliver exceptional experiences in its theatres and performance spaces. The role involves working in a collaborative Technical Department supporting activity across the G.W. Annenberg Performing Arts Centre, studio theatres, rehearsal rooms and multipurpose venues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the technical delivery of College events
  • Assist with the setup, operation and maintenance of lighting, sound, video and stage-management systems
  • Contribute to both live and digital productions
  • Help create high-quality experiences for pupils, staff, families and guest audiences
  • Ensure rehearsals, performances and school events run smoothly
  • Support safe, efficient and professional technical operations
  • Work closely with colleagues
  • Occasionally guide pupils who are developing their technical skills

Requirements:

  • Existing and continuing right to live and work in the UK
