understand the Victorian Curriculum in the Arts, including Visual Arts, Performing Arts and related disciplines
plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive Arts programs that inspire self-expression and artistic growth in students
differentiate teaching to cater for the diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests of all students
use a range of artistic media, materials, and digital tools to enhance teaching and student creativity
understand current educational research and best practice in Arts education and creative pedagogy
use of assessment and feedback to inform teaching practice and report on student progress in line with the Victorian Curriculum
demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Commitment to professional learning and contribute to a collaborative school culture focused on continuous improvement
demonstrate understanding of and commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusion in accordance with the Child Safe Standards
