This role coordinates and manages processes and communications to ensure consistency across a broad product portfolio. It leads cross-functional programs and projects focused on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability within the portfolio. The role gathers and analyzes data to create reports and visualizations that communicate key insights to stakeholders. Success is measured by effective portfolio management, timely communication, and support for decision-making across business and technical teams. The work impacts organizational alignment and supports leadership in maintaining portfolio value and delivery status.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end product portfolio management to deliver value and maintain alignment with business objectives
Maintain strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to support portfolio coordination and communication
Supervise portfolio delivery by partnering with managers to provide status updates and escalate risks related to resources and schedules
Conduct regular reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions and update on portfolio delivery and value realization
Provide guidance on portfolio intake, documentation, prioritization, resource allocation, funding, and business realization processes
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
7-10 years Experience in managing, assessing, or working in some facet of the project life cycle. (Preferred)
7-10 years Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints. (Preferred)
7-10 years Experience as a leader and mentor for project teams in a matrixed environment. (Preferred)
7-10 years Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Preferred)
Technical Project Management Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints in a matrixed environment. (Required)
