Testing Specialist

• Support changes to solutions and reporting with detailed functional, regression, integration, and/or performance testing
• Detailed defect reporting
• Work in an agile development team setting
• Handshaking development and testing between team members

• Proficiency with SQL scripting (3-5 yrs)
• Proficiency with Excel formulas, macros, pivots, etc. (3-5 yrs)
• Experience with PowerBI (0-3 yrs)
• Experience with devOps processes (0-3 yrs)
• Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on multiple projects within a timeframe
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to estimate work and deliver within estimates
• Ability to take direction, ask questions and follow through
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
