Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a testing lead within WIM Operations to drive testing strategy, planning and execution for a portfolio of Account Opening and Maintenance products and capabilities. The role needs to be strategic, focus on accelerating execution and optimizing the testing practice to support the product platform.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute testing initiatives
Ensure systems and processes are tested to meet functional and compliance requirements
Complete business Quality Assurance activities
Develop routines to monitor data quality and track/resolve defects
Develop detailed acceptance test cases
Help define and generate test data
Document and communicate acceptance test results
Track defects to closure
Lead UAT test planning
Influence, guide and lead less experienced staff
Move the needle on automation testing strategy

Requirements:

5+ years of Testing, Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Ability to analyze complex data sets / requirements
Ability to successfully navigate / operate in a high-pressure environment
Previous experience working in an agile environment

Nice to have:

Experience in a wealth management testing set up
