We are seeking a Test Engineer to support our expanding Testing Function, playing a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions. The individual will contribute to executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new features and uphold quality standards across web, mobile, and API-based products.
Job Responsibility:
Execute manual and automated test cases based on defined test plans
Document and report defects clearly, including steps to reproduce and supporting evidence such as logs or screenshots
Retest resolved defects and validate fixes
Prepare and maintain relevant test data for different scenarios
Maintain and update test documentation including test cases and scripts
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions
Work closely with developers to understand requirements and confirm functionality
Perform various testing types including regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Apply software testing and QA best practices consistently
Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements:
Possess 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software testing
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Rast Assured
Comfortable participating in technical discussions and cross-functional interactions in English at B2 level or higher
Skilled in API testing using tools such as Postman
Experienced in testing web and/or mobile applications
Knowledgeable in SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiar with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles as applied in test automation
Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
Detail-oriented and committed to producing high‑quality outputs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work collaboratively as well as independently
Nice to have:
Appium Knowledge is Preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI is an advantage
Relevant professional testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level, Agile Tester) are desirable
