We are looking for an organized and dependable Testing Center Administrator to support daily operations at our New Mexico location. The role requires flexibility for a variable Monday through Saturday schedule.
Job Responsibility
Greet examinees and verify identification
Perform required security checks including the use of security wands
Assisting with any troubleshooting of devices for test takers
Proactive approach to perform tasks outside of peak testing periods
Continuously perform walkthroughs to monitor candidates as they complete exams
Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency
Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times
Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience
Report any occurrences outside company guidelines
Requirements
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.)
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including Saturdays as needed
Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environment
