Super Micro is looking for a skilled Testing & Rework Technician who enjoys working with technology and solving problems. In this job you don’t just test products—you also analyze, troubleshoot, and repair them. Want to put your technical know-how to use at this international tech company? Then Super Micro is the place for you! As a Testing and Rework Technician you combine testing with hands-on rework. You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products
  • Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades
  • Perform testing of motherboards, back planes, and AOCs
  • Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team
  • Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures
  • Collect and analyze data for process improvements

Requirements

  • 2 years experience with computers, hardware, and operating systems
  • 1 year experience with Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • good technical insight and strong visual inspection skills
  • able to lift and move heavy products (up to 10 kg)
  • understand common interfaces (USB, LAN, VGA, etc.) and their functions
  • have your own transport to get to Super Micro
  • have your own housing
