Job Description

Lead and coordinate Laboratory and Metrology team activities, ensuring efficient daily operations. Implement and improve testing and measurement methods in line with industry standards and business needs. Monitor performance through KPIs and quality targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality standards, including updates, audits, and related corrective actions. Plan and manage laboratory resources, including budget, investments, and headcount. Maintain and improve laboratory documentation and support the Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Sciences (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, in laboratory environment
  • Leadership or team coordination experience
  • Knowledge of laboratory standards (ISO/IEC 17025)
  • Experience in material testing and testing methods
  • Strong understanding of laboratory processes and measurement techniques
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English language proficiency (business fluency)
