We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join us as a Test in test. This role is central to the smooth operation of our administrative functions within the Admin, Secretarial & PA sector. You will be an essential part of our team, helping to manage day-to-day office tasks and ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to support senior staff
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies
Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Contribute to maintaining a positive and organised office environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative, secretarial, or PA role within a similar industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
