Job Responsibility:
Assist in supporting daily operational tasks relevant to health and social care services
Collaborate with nursing and care staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of care plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Communicate clearly and empathetically with service users, families, and colleagues
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills
Adhere to Healthnet Homecare’s policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in health, nursing, or social care is desirable but not essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Reliable, compassionate, and motivated to make a positive impact
Basic IT skills to manage records and communication
Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with safeguarding requirements
