Test Technician

• Conducting tests and evaluations on products (Tester and PCBA) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Conduct Testing: Test technicians perform various tests to evaluate the functionality, reliability, and durability of Nextest products. This can include stress tests, performance evaluations, and quality assurance checks
• Document Results: After conducting tests, recording and interpreting the results, providing detailed data to engineers and stakeholders to inform product development and improvements
• Maintain Equipment: Test technicians are responsible for the upkeep of testing equipment, including regular cleaning, calibration, debug and repairs to ensure accurate testing results

• Able to troubleshoot Equipment Tools (Oscilloscope, Meter)
• Able to identify product and equipment failures
• Basic understanding to use measure test equipment (Meter, Scope, etc.)
• General knowledge of the company products and operating principles is a plus
• The ability to be on site 5x days a week, between 7am-5pm
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PDF, etc.)
• 2+ years of related experience is desired
• Ability of lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to communicate with cross functional personnel (Verbally and by email)
• Needs to be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work overtime
