Job Description:

Test/Repair Operators operate equipment, systems and infrastructures required for testing Teradyne products, and executing test processes while adhering to quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform incoming and outgoing visual inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA)
  • Perform assembly and disassembly of PCBAs
  • Run required test processes, including activities such as (but not limited to) installing PCBA into testers, attaching/disconnecting interface and power supply cables, installing device interface boards, and running the appropriate test programs
  • Perform repair on low-complex PCBA failures
  • Perform final preparation of PCBAs and shipping to final quality assurance (FQA) team
  • Collaborate with Engineers for process and quality improvements

Requirements:

  • Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduates
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledgeable in basic electronics
  • Knowledgeable in operating basic test equipment such as multimeter
  • Knowledgeable in basic soldering
