Ship construction test program implementation and test procedure development, review, and approval
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or Navy operations
Active Secret Clearance
