Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Test Proctor & Administrative Support Specialist to support daily testing operations and administrative activities across multiple training locations. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure and professional testing environment while also providing data entry, record management, and general office support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, basic technical troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and check in employees for scheduled testing sessions
  • Verify employee identity and testing eligibility
  • Assign and manage tests through the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Explain testing procedures, policies, and rules to employees
  • Monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance with testing standards
  • Maintain a quiet, secure, and distraction-free testing environment
  • Prevent unauthorized materials or cheating during testing sessions
  • Troubleshoot minor technical or login issues during testing
  • Report testing irregularities or policy violations to supervisors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the testing site
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
  • Input information from paper documents into spreadsheets and databases
  • Assist with special projects requiring high-volume data entry
  • Organize, archive, and retrieve records and files as needed
  • Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers
  • Support departments with administrative and reporting tasks
  • Evaluate workflow processes and assist in improving office efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, office coordination, or test proctoring preferred
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
