Job Description:

We’re searching for a Test Method Specialist to support and elevate our operational sites across Hungary, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, and Portugal. If you’re driven by technical excellence, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to shape testing standards on a global scale, this role is built for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and maintain release and validation testing for legacy products, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance
  • Develop and enhance test methods to keep our established product portfolio performing at its best
  • Drive site-to-site test method transfer and support the transfer of new test methods from R&D to operational sites, ensuring smooth adoption and consistent execution
  • Troubleshoot test methods and test equipment on-site or remotely, helping teams resolve issues efficiently and sustainably
  • Collaborate closely with international teams, aligning processes, sharing best practices, and strengthening global testing capability

Requirements:

  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Relevant academic background (MSc in Engineering)
  • Solid statistical knowledge
  • A background in test methods, test equipment, or test systems
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work across technical disciplines and cultures
  • Motivation to work with global stakeholders and navigate multi-time-zone collaboration

  • Through the support of the R&D Lab Supervisor and experience gained on the job, the R&D Testing Specialist must remain conversant with new developments in medical devices and product applications and pursue information on existing products on the market
