Job Description

Do you want to join the creation and development of the new manufacturing for our Continence Care segment within Coloplast? Be a service partner for/and support the production, from a quality function, to produce the products our users’ needs in the quality needed? Then look at this position: Test Method Specialist. Here you will play a key role in the quality of the products produced as a partner in release process of products and troubleshooting for running production. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our roll-out plan as the test methods for production is a key compliance measure and the gate keeper for sending products to market and to our users, from our new site.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and promote the quality culture for the whole site
  • Lead, execute and document activities on site related to Test Methods and Test Equipment
  • Be the approver of documentation related to Test Methods and Test Equipment in site
  • Train, instruct and guide the organization on site within Test methods
  • Support production – Partner towards production for changes, troubleshooting, deviations and improvement activities within Test methods and Test Equipment
  • Lead, create, own and facilitate: Test implementation, Transfers, Updates and Test Method Monitoring for global adherence using the quality process within Coloplast
  • Participate in projects in relation to validation activities, and potential problem solving of technical process problems with focus on Test Methods
  • Be the receiving end for Test Methods transfers form global cooperation
  • Be the owner of all Test Method Equipment on site in production
  • Be the one point of contact for the Test Method community in Coloplast globally on site in Portugal

Requirements

  • A relevant academic background (B.Sc. or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years as a Quality Engineer / Test Engineer / Production Engineer or similar within a production environment
  • Solid understanding within the field of Test Methods, testing, and Test Equipment
  • Solid understanding within the field of Quality in relation to production i.e. GDP and GMP etc.
  • Knowledge of production documentation from quality point of view, DMR, QC, etc.

Quality Assurance experience is a plus
