As part of this journey, an opportunity exists to join the IT Solutions – Platforms Management team in the role of Test Manager, a critical position responsible for safeguarding quality and ensuring the successful delivery of digital platforms across the organization.
Job Responsibility
Define, develop, and maintain the overall test strategy and master test plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, platform roadmaps, and transformation initiatives
Review, validate, and formally approve all test documentation, ensuring consistency, quality, traceability, and alignment with organizational standards
Lead and coordinate all testing activities, including task allocation, progress tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution, while providing coaching and guidance to the testing team
Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related matters, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Oversee the design, execution, and maintenance of test cases and test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business, functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring issues are logged, prioritized, communicated, and resolved efficiently in collaboration with development and support teams
Prepare and deliver regular status reports outlining test progress, defect trends, quality metrics, risks, and readiness assessments for key stakeholders and leadership
Ensure all testing activities comply with organizational policies, quality frameworks, and industry best practices, including documentation standards and audit requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including test plans, scripts, test evidence, execution results, and final test reports
Support the configuration, availability, scheduling, and validation of test environments, ensuring they closely mirror production conditions where required
Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, methodologies, and team capabilities, including appropriate use of test automation
Requirements
Proven experience in Test Management, preferably within complex IT environments or large-scale digital transformation programs
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, tools, and automation frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and methodical approach to quality assurance
A solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Experience working in a customer-focused environment, translating business needs into quality-driven testing outcomes
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a pressurized environment
Business-level English, both written and spoken
