Test Manager

Our client is recruiting a Test Manager for a contract position based in Portsmouth, working on satellite projects. The Test Manager will lead the overall test definition aspects of the project to which they are assigned. They will be accountable for defining the test approach to meet the Customer requirements and managing the team to deliver against this approach. They will be training other engineers and leading by example. The Test Manager will produce the test artefacts that will be entered into bid submissions and then lead the Test & Verification on the delivery of the project, defining and then conducting, or overseeing, all test and verification activities on the project to cost, time and quality targets in line with the Business Management System. This includes the definition of the IVV Strategy to deliver the capability, for example, of satellite segment, control segment, ground segment, facilities segment and support systems.
