Job Description

This position helps lead a team in developing hardware in the loop test system designs. The role involves working from concepts created by industry partners and maturing them into manufacturable solutions that are delivered on time. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the guidance of chief engineers and the program management team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of hardware in the loop test system designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
